Our rice flour is a great ingredient for many Asian dishes and desserts such as Tempura, Filipino cascaron, Thai Rice cake with coconut milk topping/custard topping (Khanom Thuay), Thai layer cake (Khanom Chan), Steamed Snow Cake.

Rice flour is Gluten-free, which is a great solution for people who are allergic to Gluten in wheat flour. It is also great ingredient for bakery, soup and other dishes.

Rice flour is also used as a thickening agent in sauce, soup, stew and gravies.
